Three people run GoDesign. Muhammad Ilyas is CEO, handling strategy and client relationships, the person who scopes what a business actually needs before anyone touches a keyboard. Tahir Waqas is COO, running operations and delivery, keeping projects on schedule and accountable. Muhammad Usman is CTO, responsible for engineering: CRM implementation, n8n automation builds and the full-stack work that holds a system together.
All three have been through enough CRM rollouts and automation builds to know where they usually fail: unclear scope, no one owning adoption after handover, and tools chosen because they were trendy instead of because they fit the business. We built the process around avoiding those three things.
